1.2. Service Description

Vidotoria is a marketing content engine for mobile app developers. The platform generates promotional short-form videos using licensed stock footage, app screen recordings provided by the user, and AI voiceovers. There is no functionality to create or manipulate human likeness, deepfakes, or any form of voice impersonation.

1.3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vidotoria. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

1.4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unused video generations do not roll over to the following billing period.

2.3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund.

2.4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store raw card details. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.

3.1. Permitted Use

Vidotoria may be used solely for generating promotional video content for legitimate mobile applications. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use Vidotoria to:

• • Generate illegal, harmful, or defamatory content
• • Infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• • Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• • Create spam, misleading content, or fraudulent schemes
• • Share, sell, or transfer account credentials to third parties
• • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

3.3. Enforcement

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

4.1. Your Content

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all videos generated through Vidotoria. You may modify, redistribute, and use them commercially without attribution. Your videos remain yours even after account cancellation.

4.2. Our Intellectual Property

The Vidotoria name, logo, platform, software, and all associated technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vidotoria. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

4.3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos are generated using AI and automated processes. We do not guarantee quality, accuracy, or suitability of outputs for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing videos before publishing. We are not liable for factual errors, inaccuracies, or any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.

4.4. Stock Footage

Videos may include licensed stock footage from third-party providers such as Pexels. Your use of generated videos is subject to the licensing terms of those providers. We make no warranty regarding the fitness of stock footage for any particular use.

5.1. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

5.2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vidotoria is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vidotoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5.4. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, have repeated payment failures, or engage in fraudulent activity, with or without prior notice.
