As a data controller, Vidotoria is responsible for ensuring that the processing of Personal Data complies with applicable data protection law, and specifically with the General Data Protection Regulation.

2. What Personal Data does Vidotoria collect and why?
2.1. Personal Data Collection and Processing
The types of Personal Data that we collect about you, and the reasons why we process it, are as follows:

App description, name, and usage data:
Why we collect it: To generate personalised promotional videos tailored to your specific app and audience.

Identification data, electronic identification data and Internet connection utilisation data:
Why we collect it: To draw up usage and analytics statistics related to the use of our services.
Legal grounds for processing: Our legitimate interest in knowing the popularity of our services in order to optimise the platform.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1. Your account and application data is stored in encrypted Supabase databases. Generated videos are securely kept in cloud storage, and all payment information is handled directly by Paddle (PCI-DSS compliant).
3.2. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Databases are encrypted at rest and passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
3.3. Active account data is retained while your account remains open. Cancelled accounts are deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years for legal compliance.
4. Information Sharing
4.1. We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with essential service providers required to operate the platform, including Supabase (database and storage), Paddle (payments), and AI generation services.
4.2. We may also share data when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud and security threats.
5. Cookies & Tracking
5.1. We use cookies strictly for essential platform functionality including authentication (keeping you securely logged in), security (preventing unauthorised access), and basic analytics (understanding usage to improve our platform).
5.2. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into Vidotoria.
6. Your Rights
6.1. You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also restrict or object to certain processing activities.
6.2. For EU users under GDPR, you also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

7. International Transfers
7.1. If you access Vidotoria from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in US-based cloud facilities. We take appropriate measures to ensure that your data remains protected in accordance with this Notice.

8.1. The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These websites have their own privacy policies, and we urge you to review them. They will govern the use of Personal Data you submit whilst visiting those websites.
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third-party websites, and your use of such websites is at your own risk.
