Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

1.1. New users receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During this period you can generate videos and experience the platform fully before committing to a paid plan.

1.2. Because of this free access period, we generally do not offer refunds on the grounds of “not what I expected” after a paid subscription begins.

2. Eligible Refunds

2.1. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

2.2. A technical error on our end prevented you from generating any videos during your entire billing period.

2.3. You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).

2.4. You cancelled your subscription before the renewal date and were still charged for the next cycle.

2.5. The platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

3.1. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

3.2. You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.

3.3. You did not use the platform during the billing period.

3.4. You changed your mind after subscribing.

3.5. You were unhappy with video quality after having already generated videos.

3.6. Partial month usage — we do not prorate cancellations mid-cycle.

4. Cancellations

4.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until then.

4.2. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1. To request a refund, email us at support@vidotoria.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

5.2. Please include the email address associated with your account, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the reason for your request.

5.3. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Updates to this Policy

6.1. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
