1. Getting Started
1.1. Creating Your Account
Sign up at vidotoria.com/signup using your email address or Google account. Once registered, you will be prompted to enter your app name, description, and target audience. This information is used to generate topics and videos tailored specifically to your app.
1.2. Generating Your First Video
After setting up your app profile, navigate to the Generate page. Select a content style (e.g. Mistake Avoidance, Secret Hack), choose a topic from the suggested list or enter your own, then click Generate. Your video will be ready in under 3 minutes.
1.3. Uploading Screen Recordings
For best results, upload short screen recordings of your app. These are used in the hook, middle, or CTA scenes of your video, keeping your real product front and center. Recordings can be uploaded from your app profile settings.
2. Content Styles
2.1. What is a Content Style?
A content style determines the structure, tone, and format of your video. Each style uses a proven script framework extracted from high-performing short-form videos. Changing the style on the same topic will produce a completely different video.
2.2. Available Styles
The following content styles are currently available:
- • Mistake Avoidance: Opens with a problem your audience is making and positions your app as the fix.
- • Secret Hack: Opens with curiosity and intrigue, revealing a lesser-known insight related to your app.
- • Story Based: Builds a relatable narrative that leads naturally to your app as the solution.
- • Case Study: Walks through a real or illustrative scenario showing measurable results.
- • Myth Busting: Challenges a common misconception in your niche and repositions your app.
- • Problem / Solution: Directly addresses a pain point and presents your app as the answer.
3. Billing & Subscription
3.1. Managing Your Subscription
You can view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and your access will continue until then.
3.2. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@vidotoria.com within 14 days of your payment and we will process a full refund.
3.3. Payment Issues
If your payment fails, your account will be temporarily restricted. Update your payment method in Account Settings to restore access. For billing disputes, contact us at support@vidotoria.com.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1. Video Generation Failed
If a video fails to generate, wait a few minutes and try again. Your credit will be restored automatically for any failed generation. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your account email and the topic you were attempting to generate.
4.2. Video Quality Issues
Before generating your first video, upload at least one screen recording of your app. Recordings are embedded directly into your videos without them, we fall back to stock footage which may not match your app. If the stock footage used in a generated video does not feel right, you can submit a replacement request through the Submit section in the app. Submissions are reviewed by our team and a replacement is provided at no cost to you, it does not count against your video credits.
4.3. Login or Access Issues
If you are unable to log in, try resetting your password via the signup page. If you signed up with Google, ensure you are using the same Google account. For persistent access issues, contact us directly.
4.4. Network or Loading Errors
If you are experiencing loading issues, check for a network error banner at the top of the page. If the banner is showing, this indicates a problem with your internet connection try switching networks or restarting your router. If no banner is showing, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

5.2. Response Times
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24–48 hours on business days. Refund requests are typically processed within 5 business days of confirmation.
